I have incorporated kale dandelion greens wild arugula, cucumbers, red onions, and red bell peppers into a mix green salad. In addition, garbanzo beans (chickpeas) are cooked and incorporated into my salad, and an avocado is added as a finishing touch. The wild arugula is difficult to find, but it can be purchased at https://www.burpee.com/vegetables/vegetables-for-succession-planting/arugula-wild-organic-prod002248.html.

You will need a salad spinner to eradicate excess water from your greens after drying all. ingredients combine together. Also, the chickpeas are kept separated from the green salad mix. I usually save the kale stems for making stews, soups, or it is added when I am cooking
rice or noodles.
