Eco- Options

In 2007, as I transitioned into an alkaline vegan, I developed an instant sensitive reaction toward dyes and harsh chemicals, from conventional household cleaners. These included laundry detergents, fabric softeners, dish detergents, perfumes body lotions, hand creams, and body sprays. Furthermore, I became more aware of my surroundings, and I developed a natural connection and respect for mother earth, nature, and natural products.

Within that time frame, I discontinued purchasing these products, and I have invested in other dye and chemical-free alternatives that are safe for me and the environment. I have replaced all of the products that caused allergic reactions. On my gradual journey towards a healthy lifestyle, I began to incorporate healthy cook and bakeware, vegan chemical and toxin-free body care products, cosmetics, and grooming care and more into my daily lifestyle as well.

Initially, my main focus was my health. I was unaware that one day, I would have this opportunity to write and share this positive lifestyle experience. Momentarily it is a gradual shift towards honoring the planet by utilizing products that are safe for the environment and taking responsibility for my health.
